Follow the steps on Customized Tab for custom-designed collar & leashes, we’ve ensured every aspect of putting your ideal custom-designed , if you’re unclear of anything, contact us via [email protected], Collar basic price starts at $100 with some options as on same cost such as a Conchos, Studs, Width, Size, Thickness, Buckle, D ring Embroidery, Printing & Stitching Thread.

1. Once you’ve placed an order we’ll email you a mockup designed after your confirmation.
2. we will start producing your custom-designed collar or Leashes. As the item is customized you cannot return it.
3. For a refund if it doesn’t fit or you don’t like the design so choose size & designed carefully from the size chart.
4. You’ll receive shipping details as soon as the order dispatch.
5. The Original colour shades may be slightly reformed to those shown on the mockup design. Due to the natural variation of Leather.
6. Usually, we shipped within 3 Weeks after your approval from the mockup designed.
7. But sometimes it’s May to extend 4 Weeks.
8. All orders shipping according to shipping policy.
